So I'd just like to do a quick review update on my experience of using this little device, Nurosym. I've been using it now for around 30 days, and the reason I bought it was because I'd heard the benefits for treating anxiety, which I've been suffering quite a lot of recently. So I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm 30 days in, I can honestly say that I am seeing a reduction in my anxiety symptoms. Not everything is perfect, but like I say, it is still early days. However, I am seeing improvements in other areas of my life as well. For example, my sleep is improving. I do a lot of long haul traveling and I'm frequently jet lagged and I'm finding that if I use Nurosym after a long haul flight the jet lag is reduced dramatically.
I've also got a painful injury from a sports injury that I sustained earlier in the year that's not been improving. However, since I've been using Nurosym the pain is actually improving a lot. So I don't know how this is working on my pain, but it's definitely doing something. So like I say, it's early days.
