So the reason I got Nurosym was because I work as a life coach and a lot of the work I do with my clients is around burnout. And one of the aspects of recovery from burnout is calming the nervous system. So the vagal nerve is obviously a critical part of what I'm trying to do with my clients and so the Nurosym being a vagal nerve stimulator seemed like a very important potential device that could help my clients.
And so for me, I thought if I try it on me, then I'll know what I'm talking about. And what I'm, what I thought I was trying to achieve was overall better sleep, maybe more deep sleep, a sort of change in the pattern of waking up less in the night. And what I actually have noticed, which I wasn't expecting but has been an entirely pleasant surprise, is that it's given me a general, all over, increased sense of being grounded, a sort of calmness, less anxiety.
You could say a sort of almost a mood boost. So an unexpected positive result that I wasn't expecting at all. So that was entirely pleasant.
