I came across Nurosym whilst researching vagal nerve stimulation for stress management. I'll be honest with you, I approached the idea with a whole bit of skepticism. However, after having used it for over a month and that too during the NHS winter pressures, I do feel that it is quite an effective intervention for managing stress.

I do find myself calmer and more relaxed after having used it. It does particularly help that you can use it whilst doing other tasks as compared to let's say meditation which though I do feel is more effective but you need to carve out a chunk of time from your day which is especially difficult when you when you're particularly busy.

So all in all I would say that this is quite a useful addition to my personal stress management toolkit and I do plan on continuing to use it going forward.
