Hello there. My name is Alina Vasilake. I am a clinical psychologist and I am testing at the moment Nurosym device, which I believe is a very simple to use tool. And I think it's designed in such a way that really helps you just to, have it with you every time, everywhere. And that's an aspect of it that I love very much because the accessibility and the easiness to use is very important for a lot of people.
I've been using it myself for the past month and I've been noticing, especially those days when I am very disciplined about it and I use it 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening before sleep. I do notice an improvement in my levels of stress or my levels of anxiety. Although I'm a psychologist, I'm a human, so I experienced those as well.
So definitely I'm noticing that somehow it manages to get me to a baseline of improved calmness. And even I could say those days when I'm using it, I notice a bit more positivity in my thinking. At the same time, a couple of my patients are also using it. I think it's a wonderful option for those people that are a bit resistant towards the idea of using medication.
Mostly I'm recommending it also for people in need for anxiety management. And I think it's a wonderful device and I think is definitely a good tool to have. I am still in the process of noticing longer term effects.
